For me to leave a negative comment, there have to be two factors, #1 bad customer services or #2, that the business uses deception to sell a product. The employees who attended me who were multiple , do not know what customer service is, they do not know how to respectfully address a consumer, they were all very rude and very lazy with their answers or help, they lied to me to sell a product, offering some kind of warranty or false information about the product. Excellent customer service. The employees went out of their way to help.
I stopped by this store looking for a specific tool that I needed to replace the struts on my niece's car that I thought needed to be replaced due to a knocking noise I kept hearing. An associate named Luis greeted me when I entered and asked if he could help me. After a brief conversation about my issue, he suggested that I replace the stabilizer bars before replacing the struts. He stated that it was a common issue and it was most likely what the noise was. I went to auto zone just to check my battery come to find out i need a replacement. With God in the midst of all this. Jose C. And Eddie help me tremendously. The customer service at this store is top notch. I will shop here anytime. Big shout out to Eddie and Jose C. God bless.
