Excellent customer service. The employees went out of their way to help.
I stopped by this store looking for a specific tool that I needed to replace the struts on my niece's car that I thought needed to be replaced due to a knocking noise I kept hearing. An associate named Luis greeted me when I entered and asked if he could help me. After a brief conversation about my issue, he suggested that I replace the stabilizer bars before replacing the struts. He stated that it was a common issue and it was most likely what the noise was.
