If I could give more stars, I would. We have experienced a freeze this week and my father wound up dealing with a dead battery. Fortunately, the car died just close enough to Autozone in Kenedy. As my father struggled to change the battery, Hugh stepped up. I cannot thank Hugh enough for what he did. He went above and beyond. I love coming here but on three separate occasions a girl who works here just makes me not want to go back her service sucks and she doesn’t know what shes talking about most of the time as i ask her questions for advice and she tells me something ridiculous redundant she is vulgar when giving service and is rude and shes working tonight i saw her and didn't even go in i turned around she needs customer service training and parts information training as well.
We were on our way to the coast for vacation and the air conditioner started barely blowing any air. We stopped here to see if they could possibly help. We explained what was happening and the sales service manager, Fernando, knew right away what the issue was, the air cabin filter. He took great care of us and we were back on the road in 10 minutes. He was very efficient, helpful and we are extremely grateful. Outstanding service.
