Great customer service from Juan G. He was very helpful and informative with doing a battery test and installing a new battery! Explained the different batteries with the warranty time!
Larissa installed a new battery in my car and she even showed me how to do it myself next time!! She was SO helpful, and gave GREAT customer service!! I will be asking for next time I need anything!! Give that girl a RAISE!!!
Juan was incredibly helpful and kind! He saved me a ton of money- I was able to get a new battery for less than half of what they were going to charge me elsewhere and minus the over thirty dollars in labor they were going to charge. I was able to get there, get my new battery installed, and be off to get my daughter from school in under 20 minutes. Thank you so much! Made a very stressful day so much easier. Thank you for your excellent customer service! I will definitely be back.
