They didn't have the part I needed but did help me locate somewhere else that was able to help me
I had a dead battery still under warranty and they replaced it no questions asked, incredibly fast, and ran a check to see if the alternator might also be a factor. It was indeed, and my next stop was to my mechanic. The only reason I'm not stuck on the side of the road somewhere is that they took the time to help me fix the underlying problem. Thanks guys! (I wish I'd gotten the gentleman's name who helped - it was June 24 at 9am)
The store manager needs to change his attitude and the way he talks. When I came up with an issue, I had returned an item, and the way he was questioning me made me feel like I had stolen the product. Instead of helping me fix things and pick up the right item, he kept questioning me. His attitude was not great and very hostile. Ultimately I was right and he had to give me what I wanted.
