Very rude and hateful when I wanted to return unused/unneeded irwms bought from this store about a week before. Seneca location refused to accept the items since I had bought these items. I had the original receipt at both locations. This is the very reason I never shop at the Seneca store and now will never darken the doors of either Auto Zone.
Sold me a faulty alternator. I bought the alternator the FIRST WEEK OF OCTOBER. I went back trying to claim my warranty and they did absolutely nothing for me. Said my phone number wasn’t in the system. I showed them the charge on my bank system. They said with no phone number they couldn’t do anything for me. The old lady is the one who sold it to me.
