I really do not write many reviews but I feel this experience reinforced a sense of decency and comradery that all of us Americans seem to lack these days. I went to the GH auto Zone Store with my daughter and her car with what we thought was a bad battery. We were ready to pay for the new battery but Leslie at the store said let's just test it and low and behold the battery was working just fine. He saved us around $200. I never write reviews but the staff members here really deserve recognition. I came in with a bad battery and they installed it for me. During the process they found that someone previously bent something that connects my battery together. 2 older gentleman, a lady and a younger guy all helped in making sure that the issue on my car was resolved... even problem solving with many different solutions and even calling another car mechanic/ manager. I had a question that had it not been answered probably was going to cost me an expensive diagnostic test at my dealership. Nicole at the Gig Harbor store did a quick test of my malfunctioning light and I was done in under 5 minutes- She was so kind and helpful and I could tell by our brief conversation that she is excellent at customer service! This store is lucky to have her!
Wow, recieved a very pleasant greeting when I can in. Counter person took me right to my request. Checkout in amazing time.
