Visited the store in Clarksville, AZ. Three associates in the store. One associate with a customer. Other two completely ignored us. Never greeted or even acknowledged us. Associate finished with his customer and offered us assistance. AutoZone is our preferred customer for our 7 vehicles(personal/business) and motorhome. We have never been treated with such disrespect. I pray that this is not the norm for your stores.
My elderly uncle visited yesterday... the employees went above and beyond top make sure he had everything he needed and took time to explain the items he purchased. Thank you staff
