I have been to this autozone 3 times this weekend to fix my wrx. Was having a lot of issues with my brakes. John helped me every time and was super knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for good service and good parts.
Visited the store in Clarksville, AZ. Three associates in the store. One associate with a customer. Other two completely ignored us. Never greeted or even acknowledged us. Associate finished with his customer and offered us assistance. AutoZone is our preferred customer for our 7 vehicles(personal/business) and motorhome. We have never been treated with such disrespect. I pray that this is not the norm for your stores.
