I went in to the store in orcutt for wiper blades and an employee named Maribel who helped me get the correct ones. Insisted that she help put them on after I asked how to install them. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I live on the other side of town but I’ll be going to the orcutt store from now on. Excellent customer service! Something that’s starting to become harder and harder to find these days. Thank you Autozone and Maribel!
I had an issue with installation of Bisch wipers normally use Rain X. Lost a cover to my drivers side wiper. Talked to the Service Manager Maribel H. She came out and installed the wipers taking the time to demonstrate to me so I saw my mistake and was so kind about it excellent professionalism and service.
