The Store Manager helped me inspect my battery. It needed a replacement and she was able to help me find a good replacement and swap it out. She was very helpful and she’s also clean the corrosion and apply the battery cleaner for acid and she installed my battery . Thank you so much Margarita for your help and your excellent customer service now I feel safe and confident in the Road .

Would give zero if I could . stood In line for 20 minutes , everyone taking there sweet time . Lady in the front asking everyone for good reviews . But when it came to my turn had a gift card to use and she said I cannot use it because she didn’t know how to do it . Pathetic … need new management . Waited 20 minutes just to get told I can’t use a gift card for their own store . What a joke
The store manager Margarita was very pleasant and very helpful.I really appreciate her experience and assistant.. Because of her skills I can see why the store is always Bessy.She was so helpful she took the time to check my car for the right part she went above and beyond.
