Shoutout to Daniel who helped me earlier this month! I came in frantically after work, expecting to have to replace my battery. Long story short—My navigation system and audio had stopped working and I was panicking. Daniel came out and had the solution to reset my battery instead after testing that the battery wasn’t dead. Gave it a few minutes and bam! Everything came back on. Thank you Daniel for your great customer service and genuine care.
Luis Santoya was extremely helpful and very courteous. In our day and age, it’s hard to find someone with the expert people skills that Luis had, and if it was in my power to do so, I absolutely will give him a raise and a promotion. He’s exactly what this country needs and unfortunately is what’s missing in so many customer service venues. Great asset to the company, a credit to the brand. Thanks again Luis, you’re the best!
