The Mexican lady in the front said I couldn’t use the tools to take out the battery myself and told me that I couldn’t use them and I could possibly steal it after telling her I would leave my ID she was very in my opinion Racist lady and judgmental I never had a problem getting any tools here before but today was very much different I had to drive across town to another auto zone for them to give me the tools and didn’t even ask for my ID but gave it to them anyways it is 1:58 Pm September 23rd
Wao!!! I can't believe the service!!!. The manager Kelly totally took care of me. After initially having some hiccups and telling me they could not help me. Kelly called the store I purchased a wiperblade (Autozone in Beaumont) he was able to optain a receipt by my phone number accout, confirmed I had actually purchased the wiper blade from their company. Not only did he replaced the blad blade, he installed a better blade after he stated, "Are we square" and send me on my way. Thank you Kelly for trusting that I was a legit... read more
I usually receive really good customer service from here but I walked in and tried to ask for help and the manager was busy, which I understand, he immediately dismissed me and let me know he wasn’t a mechanic and couldn’t help me. That is beyond rude seeing that he’s a manager and works at a place where people are going to have questions. I have been helped by this same older gentleman in the past and he was very helpful but today he was short and dismissive. I won’t be coming here ever again.
Snails people dont move for anything always 1 person always takes for days to get in and out
