Alex was absolutely amazing!! I wasn't able to really get out of my car so he helped you everything for. He researched exactly what I needed and took the time to look through the manual and figure out exactly how to fix the problem that I had. Came in to help a friend change his battery in his 2017 Honda Accord and the store representative Karla L helped us with the entire purchase. She recommended getting the second best battery with the 3 year warranty. The battery was around $210 before taxes. She went out of the way to change and switch out the current battery in the car. Talk about customer service! She’s awesome! Thank you again KARLA 🙌
