Great guys at this location. Needed new wipers as I was passing through town and didn't know how to put them on so they did it for me. Great customer service!
The two guys working at the counter ignored me for 10 whole minutes. Not even acknowledging me at all. They were “busy” on the computer. Terrible service.
Came to return a pair of light bulbs that a different location told me they couldn’t return even though the back of the package said if there are any problems to return to place of purchase. Both Dave AND David came to the rescue and helped me process my return into a gift card for a future purchase. Maybe I just caught them on a good day, but these two guys have the most helpful, positive, and genuinely friendly attitudes of any auto parts guys I’ve ever met.
