Terrible customer service at this location
Robert G. was so extremely helpful !! He was able to explain everything clearly and make sure my vehicle had everything it needed to complete my repair job. Thanks to Robert what I thought would be highly stressful turned out to be quite the opposite. He is so incredibly kind-hearted. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the Humble or surrounding area - by far have the best customer service I’ve experienced at an Auto Zone !
Thank you Joshua C. For the computer diagnostics for my Ford Edge and thank you for showing me how you did that. Too cool. You have great costumer service and you had to juggle a few. As far as the building goes having the bathrooms way in the back past your inventory must keep your theft prevention null N Void lol. Time for a restructuring Auto Zone!
