I just left an AutoZone store because yesterday I ordered a passenger side mirror for my truck, and they told me it would be ready today at noon. Before arriving, I called, and Sean Busby checked the system but couldn’t find my order. He said he could only help if I had the receipt, but from the call, he was already distrusting me and was rude. Tell yalls employees to do their due diligence. Annoying to be asked for ones phone number for the rewards program, not be told that it doesn’t show up to only to find out that the purchase wasn’t registered.
