I bought a car oil I didn't use at another location. Then I went to this store (cook and bissonet) to return and the suppose manager asked for mi ID, open the bottle and even asked for my credit card I used it. After all this wasting time he just told me to go to the stores I bought it at the beginning. Real real bad customer service at this store.
