Im still on the phone right now... 11 minutes on hold and I hung up. Call back just for a different person to answer and put me on hold while I was mid sentence telling them how I was just on hold for a long time. What a joke. Pathetic excuse for "customer service". Let me first say I do live in Safety Harbor and Auto Zone always changes my blinker bulbs on my 1999 Jeep. I do however work in downtown Tampa delivering packages over night for a warehouse. I noticed my blinker light was out, so I headed for this particular Auto Zone because they were open till 10 pm. I get there and first they wouldn't change it, no big deal.
