I would just like to put this post that every time I come to AutoZone on 58th and Baltimore Keith always helps me kind respectful straight to the point very friendly smile always pleasant every time this man should be a manager love his service I don't want to be waited on by no one else but Keith when I come here
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING THE MANAGER, HIGH ON WEED. Corporate should check on the employees on a surprise visit. You can smell. The excellent location is poorly managed. An empty showroom without any associates, but they are outside in the parking lot. A few years ago, this particular Auto Zone was the best in customer service.
Came in on a very empty Sunday for a ball bearing. The person at the register was very unhelpful, wouldn't even go in the back to check availability. Go to the Advanced Auto Parts across the road.
