I tried to return an item but I lost the receipt I had a photo of it and the manager made me call customer to get an actual copy I called and when I came back to him he said he needed one to scan and customer service told me they can easily look it up in the system he just didn’t want to help! Waste of time! Never coming to this store again.
I come there to have my battery warranty replaced and one worker tells me they can’t remove the battery for me, the other one test my battery then gets upset when he accidentally hit his head on my hood and stays completely silent ignoring me. I was given my paper without any words on what to do forward for my car not starting
Very friendly and helpful staff. They can also take a joke .
big tall guy has horrible customer service, talks to people in a very demeaning tone.
