Came in for a new battery, alternator, oil change and some other stuff for my company vehicle. Lauren was very patient with me over the over the phone, and very helpful finding my parts. 5 star customer service!
Ordered a cabin air filter for pick up got notified it was ready for pick up. Went 1 hour later told me they didnt have it, had sold it. Horrible customer service
