Good customer service especially Mr Aiden Lunsford helped to find what I needed
I was in desperate need to change my car’s windshield wipers and windshield fluid. I had no idea how to do any of these tasks, so I went to this Autozone and a very nice young gentleman named Jose Cabrera helped me find what I needed he even poured the windshield fluid and put my windshield whispers up for me. I offered him a 5 dollar tip but he refused it saying it was his pleasure to help
Horrible service, and attitudes, when it comes to staff. They are very slow moving people, and they are no help at all. Also, this location claims that they don't loan out tools (asked for a pair of pliers to open a latch, so I could use the product that I had just purchased. There was a reason that I had decided to no longer use AutoZone, and stick to O'Reilly's and Advance. This is the location in Western Hills, on Glenway Avenue, that shares space with PEP BOYS. If you can, avoid it.
Manager was very helpful, very nice woman, if I could give 10 stars I would. Hope your computer system stops being wacky 😂
