Mark and Ms. Vonn of store 6089 were very helpful. Mark helped me change one of my license plate bulbs, and showed me how to change the other bulb and even lent me the tools to do so. Kudos to both them for their awesome service!
Ms Vonn was very helpful if this review was based solely on her helping me with check out then I would absolutely give her and this store five stars however the initial associate who helped Kaylee was very disrespectful. I could not remember which coolant I last purchased with AutoZone and when I arrived I asked associate Kaylee to look it up for me. I bought my old alternator which have a warranty on it to this store and the man who worked there he said there is no warranty on it and the store who sent me to him told me there's a warranty on it this man was rude unprofessional and he told me he don't want to lose his job over this alternator but he didn't know what he was doing I went to another store and replace my alternator with the warranty on it and when I called back this guy to tell him that I got the alternator and he was rude and hung up the phone on me I will ... read more
Worst of the worst
Most of the staff is pretty nice, but did not appreciate an employee telling me something was not possible and being rude when I was confused when it was in fact - possible. Would be nice if some employees asked questions instead of telling purchasers wrong information. Not a great look :)
