My check engine light came on and wouldn't start without a jump! I jumped the car and took it done the road .5 miles and it wouldn't crank back up. They tried to jump it but the battery was completely dead and wouldn't change gears they told me it was due to the alternator being completely dead and offered me a new battery; although sounded like a good Idea, I was low on funds to purchase the 179$ battery right then and there. The 2 men that were behind the counter were totally inexperienced. The young man asked me, what kind of truck I had, I said it's a Silverado, he said, is that a Ford and I LeftI went to o'reilly's and they helped me with everything very unhappy with you , people very unhappy
Website said they had the cabin air filter I needed in stock, but they couldn't find it in store. New guy had trouble typing. They were so close to shipping it to my house then manager said they couldn't and I should just order online. I walked out.

I came in after having a frustrating experience at another location while trying to exchange H11 bulbs for the correct 9005 bulbs for my 2019 Ford Escape. The employees here were immediately willing to help and never gave me a hard time about the return. The online return process itself was a little complicated and ended up taking a few employees to get everything processed correctly, but they stayed patient, kept working through it, and ultimately got the return handled.
