Came in-person on 11/5/25 during rush hour time, fairly busy, as traffic does, it flowed quickly. Purpose for my visit was to purchase and replace a car battery & purchase a car starter for 2011 Toyota Corolla. Website says a purchase of a battery grants a free installation. Was pleased to have the pleasure of meeting employee named Jaxson. Jaxson was the employee/technician who replaced the battery. I had a very pleasant experience working with Bethany. She was knowledgeable and did the job in a very fast time She was able to test and change my battery with expert level care. 10 / 10
The engine diagnostic was "broke". The technician was rude about it as if it was my fault. I will definitely not go there again.
It was a week ago and Im bad with names but it was this lady on the first reception welcoming everyone, with short hair about 5'3 , She was super helpfull with my battery changing.
Great experience! I highly recommend and suggest you go see Andre- he was fast, knowledgeable and answered all questions.
