I was so happy to get an Autozone in my area, I stopped going though because my first cpl experiences were horrible, the manager was rude, not helpful , not a welcoming place at all. Now today it is my only go to store for my vehicle needs, the manager Shanice is amazing ! Always stops what she is doing to help(with a smile),she is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help me with what I need. The staff is great, never made to feel unwelcomed. Huge difference with the management and staff today compared to the past.
Wonderful service! Shanice was awesome and provided amazing service. Was able to run diagnostics on my alternator and battery. Ultimately needed a new battery and she was so helpful is choosing the right one plus facilitating the install. Bonus - diagnostics and Install were free!
Went in to get a code read. She went to hand it to me and I asked dont they do it. She said we can. but we educate you to do it yourself. I have never had this happen and they should offer it.
Easiest and greatest experience I've had at an auto parts store ever. The manager and workers helped me find the correct battery for my car and the parts that connect to the battery.
