Had what I needed
I needed windshield wipers and was fortunate to have Shanice assist me with my purchase and replacement. I have an 06 element with a bit of wear and tear. The passenger wiper went 1st and smooth. My driver's side was a bit more challenging 😳 My observation was that my "arm was bent out of shape", but Shanice was patient and reassuring that she would accomplish the job! I was so happy to get an Autozone in my area, I stopped going though because my first cpl experiences were horrible, the manager was rude, not helpful , not a welcoming place at all. Now today it is my only go to store for my vehicle needs, the manager Shanice is amazing ! Always stops what she is doing to help(with a smile),she is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help me with what I need. The staff is great, never made to feel unwelcomed. Huge difference with the management and staff today compared to the past.
