the young ladies were nice but not knowledgeable of the need. but they were very nice.
The self-checkout register does more work than the staff.
I went to get my battery tested after my car wouldn’t start and I had just had a new battery installed a few weeks prior. Although their device to test the battery was broken, Austin went above and beyond to examine the newly installed battery. He advised that it appeared the battery clamps were not cleaned well and installed tightly. He cleaned it all off, applied a lubrication and tightened it correctly and the car started right away with no problems! Thanks Austin!
Austin was very helpful and very knowledgeable of his job he would be a good manager or store owner
