Customer service was great, unfortunately they didn't have what I needed in stock.
I see a couple of negative reviews about the tall, black guy with locs. I’m honestly amazed. He was soooooo nice, respectful, & helpful omg! I was there for over an hour due to problems with my battery and he did everything he could to assist me, in the rain at that! He wasn’t nonchalant, rude, or unhelpful at all. All the workers were very nice but specifically Schnaider helped me with everything and I wanted to leave this review for him! 5 stars :)
I called them earlier today to inquire about a battery replacement for my SUV. Ken answered and was very helpful. I went up there the same day and Ken pulled up all of the options and explained their warranties and quality of each battery. I went with a 3 year. He even replaced my battery for me!!! So very thankful
I came in to get a replacement battery which took all of 10 minutes. Black tall guy with locs and tattoos was very nonchalant. Did not greet me but instead starred at me and my kids as I walked in the store. Like I’m inconveniencing him from being on his phone which is what he was doing when I walked in. Get another job if you can’t be helpful and respectful.
Walked in and was mugged and starred down by black guy with long locs and tattoos. I had to speak to him first. He was very rude and unhelpful. Nasty attitude.
