I had my first bad experience at AutoZone is when I asked Miss Ivy, if I could ask her a question?she responded no because she was busy and on her way out the door! I felt very humiliated because she answered me loudly in front of her coworkers that she couldn’t help me with my question, however, Mr. Kenneth, which is the store manager, politely assisted me and whatever else I needed, and I really appreciated him! And I hold that Miss Harvey will not do another customer like that anymore!
