My Toyota Rav 4 required a new battery. The dealer was asking for a fortune (charging for diagnosing the issue, the battery itself, and installation fees). My sister and a friend suggested Autozone. Chuck helped me out, he was so incredibly kind and checked and changed my battery after I had a complete breakdown when it didn’t start and had to get jumped. It’s been a heck of a month but he was so kind and helped me quickly and efficiently he also changed my wiper blades and wished me the best before sending me on my way!! I can’t thank him enough! Everywhere needs someone as kind and helpful as him!
My car broke down in their lot and they helped me diagnose it, got my new part in, find a shop that was open and charged my battery so that I could get it to the shop. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for the help!
