I came in looking for a obd reader to diagnose my car after replacing spark plugs and coil packs and Lane was the biggest help, he helped find and solve the problem and asked questions to further invest the issue after going to countless autozones HE was the one to fix it.
Awful service. Purchased a part online early morning Wed for same day pickup. Paid a bit more for that service as I could’ve gotten the part cheaper at RockAuto or CarParts and had them in hand next day. I did the same day pickup in order to get it same day. Order wasn’t completed that day. Waited through most of Thursday until I finally called and asked them the status to which I was told “we don’t pull parts before people come in because we have no staff”. Would not recommend coming to this store or placing an online order here. I placed an order and got in the regular line to get my order to only be told that I should be in the commercial accounts line. I waited in the line for 30 minutes only to be told rudely that I was in the wrong line. I’m guessing the guy who advised me to get in the commercial accounts line just wanted to go home because he left shortly after I got in the line.
