Great store, kind employees
Store Manager was awful. Customer service was terrible went in for a battery. Store Manager told me that they no longer put in batteries. I would have to get someone else. What do I look like paying for a battery and then paying somebody to put the battery in at that moment, I would never buy from AutoZone again in life. Poor service do not go to Sheila Lane AutoZone
Seems like you have to force any employee to actually assist you. Always better to go down the street to advanced.
Good prices, reasonable. Better than other auto parts stores without question.
I've been an Auto Zone customer for 20 years. I drove to the store last evening at 7 pm to have my battery tested and replaced. 3 associates were at the store engaged in conversation. I asked for the battery test and was told that the tester was "down." They directed me to another store. I asked if they could just replace the battery. One of the associates looked at another and said, "Are you ready for your first battery installation?". I said, "No, thank you."
