Bought a new Radiator and Water pump from here, Called and asked about core charges and was told if I bring the old ones, plus the receipts for new ones I just bought that there was charges they would refund for the cores. Drove ALL the way up there right after that with receipts and old radiator and water pump just to be told 20 minutes later that there's no core charges for those. I just need to say for the Auto zone in Harrah that Trevor, Charlene, Jacob, and Derrick are the most honest, knowledgeable, and helpful people. They are the ones that keep that place going.
