Rude staff member. No time for the attitude,went straight to O'Reillys.
An employee said some really racist stuff about Mexicans probably not realizing i was Mexican. I just payed for my stuff and left. I called to tell the manager but they hung up on me when I did. The employees name was Jacob
I came in late, I get that is always a bad start. Employees were rude, talking negatively about customers right at the counter with customers waiting. Employees were on their personal phones on social media not work related as they were talking about social media "challenges" they were watching while customers are waiting.

I GOT ROBBED Be careful when you buy stuff from here. We were purchasing an item and then the card declined; therefore, I had money on the card and ended up not buying the item. A day later, I noticed they took money out of my account, I called this location asking why is my account stating withdrawal when the card declined when trying to purchase an item. They gave me a phone number to customer service to get this situated, but left 10 voicemails messages already. Don’t shop here if you want to get robbed.
