Let me tell y’all something. If everyone was like Robert O. This world wouldn’t have any issues when it comes to customer service. Man went way beyond his role at Autozone to just help me out with my car battery. Very grateful for my guy and my hope is Autozone realizes the high character man they have and promote him asap! Guy is the real deal!
I hate to say it but I got swindled by a employee. I bought windshield wipers off Amazon and I didn't know I needed to take off a yellow film so I thought they weren't working. I went to AutoZone and they helped me get new ones. The employee said oh the yellow film needs to be torn off as she was putting on the new ones. So technically I didn't need new wipers. All they want is your money!

Shannon is so wonderful. She helped me without making me feel ashamed that I don’t know what I should know about my own vehicle! She helped me with new wipers and fluid and I was set! It is refreshing to see real customer service exists!!!
Ramon was tremendously helpful! He helped me choose a replacement headlight bulb and replaced it for me. He is such an asset to your store. I will definitely come back due to above and beyond service like his!
