Went to store 6039 and needed a battery. Sales manager Issac was awesome- helpful, professional, competent. He’s one of those guys who can take care of multiple customers at once and do right by all of them. Intelligent guy, great multitasker. Autozone should be happy to have him. Another good experience at bayside AZ.
Steven was a great worker I needed help with my bike and didn’t know what was wrong and he found the problem immediately and solved it without any money needed!
I had Jake R and another associate help me make sure I properly received the deal on purchasing 5qts of oil and a free oil filter along with a purchase of a cabin air filter. While they were kindly going out of there way to ensure I had everything and them personally retrieving the items, I asked them about my skipping wiper blades that had been defective since I bought them (even months ago) and they replaced my wipers free of charge. They both were very kind, helpful, diligent, and funny, 100% both deserve a raise.
Issac at store #6039 was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, personable and kind. He was quick and attentive and gave us quality care!!!
