Would like to express my appreciation for Jayne at the AutoZone in Bayside Lakes. Jayne went above and beyond to assist me with finding the right part for my vehicle. I will continue to shop at this AutoZone because of the customer service I received.
Was having an issue with my lights flickering in my car (headlights, dash, cabin lights, etc). Came in for a new battery & I believe her name was Carolyn, but she helped me out big time. Ended up finding out I had warranty on my old battery, she refunded me for the battery I just bought & got me swapped out, tested the battery, starter & alternator. Big win in my books from the team over at 06039
Sorry store and staff. Won't be back to an Auto Zone ever again unless a warranty issue. Good riddance!
Jake R and Keegan B helped me out tremendously at this location. Knowledgable , professional, and very generous. Both offered me assistance loading all of the items I purchased into my car. Thanks a lot for the help fellas!
