I have been here several times and the service has been great. Thought it was time to give these folks a review. Was greeted promptly, directed me to the location of what I was looking for, and was checked out quickly without any fuss. Oh, and the prices are great too. Didn't get a name, but CSR 12 was knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. An asset to the company. Try it out, think you will like it and return.
I called n today to get some basic information about a part that I had purchased with my phone number, and this man named JACK, who answered the phone was the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with... Had a check engine light on. They quick dx the problem n part was in stock. It was quick n easy repair. Thx AutoZone for helping a girl out!
