The team at this store is great! I happened to be in the store at the same time as a customer seemed to be in an outrage with an employee, the employee kept his composure, did his best to calm the man down, and took care of the customer even while being yelled at. Thats some great customer service. I spoke to the employee after the fact, the young man's name was Christian and he stayed completely calm while helping me immediately after. Now that's impressive! My work van battery died I called the Atherton store to see if they would bring me a battery. Tyler said as soon as he have more employees in he bring one himself. He had a battery to me in less than an hour and helped me get back to work.
