Big big big shout out to Jodie B. Last night rushing to fix my car I bought a tool. I needed a big Adjustable Wrench. Long story short, The tool wasn’t big enough for what I needed. I know there’s a no return policy on certain tools. I explained to Jody what was going on and he said “don’t sweat it I got you” mind you these were my last 30 bucks I had until pay day next week. Jovanni was extremely helpful! He helped my boyfriend by installing new windshield wipers in his car. He had amazing customer service and was extremely professional! Would highly recommend
It took about an hour and a half just to pay for two items; only two people were working the registers.
