The worst experience I ever had in the 20 something years that I have been buying product from AutoZone. The customer service I received from this store was disgusting. I got into an argument with an Associate of African American descent and I only say that because I don't know his name he would not give his name he was rude obnoxious and he cursed at me and told me to go back to Paterson I was embarrassed because there were other customers in the store I was shocked because this has never happened to me before I will never ... read more
Great customer service!
Came in for assistance replacing something in my car, one of the employees (black guy, didn't catch his name) was very patronizing the whole time. Unfortunately the other person was busy or I wouldn't have come to him for assistance. Next time just skip the condescension, nobody has time.
