really great staff and store. manager is super patient and helpful.
Our car broke down yesterday on our way home from EWR. We managed to get to the parking lot of this particular location and had an excellent experience. Huge shout-out to Jody for truly going out of his way helping us with diagnostics, clear explanations, and the recommendation of A Team Auto Ambulance, a mobile mechanic, who was able to get us back on the road when we thought we might be stranded overnight.
I came here in a panic bc my car wouldn't start at a parking lot down Bloomfield Ave and I had a 5 month old baby in the car. I called AZ and (please forgive me if I'm not spelling the name correctly), Luacia (pronounced I think loo-ay-she-a) , was so pleasent and bubbly on the phone. I asked if they had anyone available to test my battery and replace it and she said absolutely and I could bring it in.
