Never in my life have I been to a place where incompetency was at an all time high. My husband and I stopped in to get brake pads. Confirmed the year/make/model of our vehicle as well as the fact they were front brakes ….which one would think is full proof considering they are entering in their own system to show what’s in stock to fit. Helpful Employees and easy access to the Highway
Just had the BEST experience by far at this location! Needed a new battery, arrived before they opened. Soon as I came in the girl at the front was so incredibly nice and helpful. Chelsie came out to install my battery, she was kind and knowledgeable, lots of men in this field, but today, the WOMEN were ON IT! Beast mode! Thanks ya'll!

Won’t price match summit auto parts claiming it’s not local, when I just drove from the local summit 16 miles away. Very frustrating. I’ll never use this autozone again.
