Poor customer service I am very disappointed. The lady Ms. Karena kept hanging up on me on the phone . I called back 4 times the same thing was going on. So I spoke to Ms.Karen I asked for a manager they did not want to give me no information. I asked for corporate number they refuse to give me the number Ms.Karen told me they do not have a corporate number. Mr.james dnt care bout nothing he just say yes sir 24/7 who can help me.
Very polite, respectful and professional, the gentleman had my new battery installed in no time
Always get excellent service here! Employees are exceptionally helpful and have assisted me with all my questions.
