I was stranded in Montgomery because my truck wouldn't start and it took me ALL day to tow it to this Autozone because of the long waitlists for towing. I got there right before they closed and was able to get a new battery because of Jay! Jay went above and beyond to make sure I had my new battery and I was on my way! Thank you so much for helping me Jay!
Nice staff but don’t carry a lot of parts for antique cars. They are very helpful in trying to point people in the right directions.
False advertisement why do they have this sign with these fuel injectors and not honor it! Disappointed with this and they did not honor what they had in the store 👎🏾
Poor customer service I am very disappointed. The lady Ms. Karena kept hanging up on me on the phone . I called back 4 times the same thing was going on. So I spoke to Ms.Karen I asked for a manager they did not want to give me no information. I asked for corporate number they refuse to give me the number Ms.Karen told me they do not have a corporate number. Mr.james dnt care bout nothing he just say yes sir 24/7 who can help me.
