We had a great experience thanks to Gressee’s excellent customer service! My husband came in looking for a low-beam headlight bulb for our car, but he wasn’t sure which type he needed. Great customer service at this AutoZone. Convenient location and friendly staff. This time they tested my battery, ran diagnostics, and replaced it. Josh took time to explain what made the most sense for my car and how I drive, and the replacement was quick and done like a real pro. I'll definitely be back.
Stopped here to get a battery tested yesterday. It tested bad, so bought one here and they installed it. It was a really busy time but the customer service was great!
Excellent customer service. I went to this Auto Zone and the store manager was very helpful. He took his time and changed my brake light bulb in the back of my Honda SUV truck. This store was amazing. Keep up the great customer service. Blessings, Felicia
