I was in the other day to grab posts for my battery. The manager checked my battery incorrectly and said it failed. Couldn't tell me why. Did the same thing to one other guy while I was standing there He left. After he put the wrong clamp on the wrong terminal and ran the test he grabbed my battery cables and jerked them. Two stores for a pick up a product, and I couldn't get the product. 1 and a half hour wasted from my time and I did not have the product that the online system aloud me to buy, this is trash. I call the two stores and they told me the product was there, when they looked up for the product in the stores they couldn't find it. A torch was the product.
