It looks like I’m not the first one to leave a review about this worker (guy with dreads), but I went in to return a part and he asked if I had my credit card with me. I said yes, and soon after the card reader changed to a screen that said tap to pay. So I tried to tap and it wasn’t changing screens after a minute of trying so I asked if maybe I was tapping it in the wrong spot? I go to AutoZone all the time. Different locations. This is by far the worst location that I can remember going to. I always look at my purse to ensure they're in stock. I have a list of part numbers but he wanted one at a time. I would tell him the part he would disappear for 5 to 10 minutes and then come back. Only one part out of my list was actually in stock. I told him that it was for the right rear brake but to verify in the computer. He sold me the wrong brake pads because I had the wrong part number. So he acted like... read more

Adam here was so amazing it was raining and freezing and he was so polite and check my battery and alternator and changed it and it was just so cold and I was so impressed with his attitude. He was so willing to help. Great employee!!!
