Excellent customer service!! Cora M. quickly read the code on my car when the check engine light came on and gave me peace of mind regarding driveability and parts needed. She printed out the code info, the part recommendation and was so pleasant and helpful. I will be back because of Cora! What an outstanding member of your team!
I had a great experience at AutoZone today. The store was pretty busy, but the team handled everything really well. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made sure customers knew they’d be helped as soon as possible. A special shoutout to Gerald, who helped me swap out my battery. It was incredibly hot outside, and he still worked efficiently with a great attitude. He did an excellent job and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Really appreciate the kindness and professionalism from everyone there!
I had an engine that went out on me. Gerald (Store Manager) was beyond exceptional. He handled the situation quick and efficient. I was beyond surprised at the way my situation was handled. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I had to stop by AutoZone to have my battery tested, and Gerald provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Not only did he confirm that my battery had gone bad, but he also checked and found that it was still under warranty. He verified they had a replacement in stock, handled the warranty exchange, and then, without me even asking, he went outside and installed the new battery for me.
