Jason was incredibly helpful in replacing the battery in my car. He removed the old battery and installed the new one for me. Additionally, he performed checks on both the battery and the alternator before recommending that I replace the battery. Unfortunately, my old battery was completely dead, while the alternator was functioning properly.
