The last time i order a part for my truck. Ordered a CV AXLE for my ram 1500, date April 13th. I Had to wait a week for the part to come in which would be April 20th. The employee never information me, I would receive confirmation for the order arriving at the store or when it was ready. Until I arrive at the store today April 21st. I have to wait another week because they couldnt find my part the day after arrival. I was also told they send back any product a week later when I just a day after the arrival date.
