Jorge was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help push start my motorcycle. Turns out I still needed a battery. Overall a great store with helpful staff.
Engine light came on during a multi state road trip. We stopped at AutoZone in Santa Fe, NM. Trey, the manager, diagnosed, replaced the part, and reset the light! All with a smile on his face! He said he would want the same service for his family members and he goes all out. There was another young man with him, but, I failed to get his name. Superb customer service!
Store was clean Employees were great they were unable to test my old starter because there machine was off line so they sold me a new one they are GREAT SALES MEN! We will see if starter was the issue. But all in all great service this beats cerrillos store all day!
Fantastic service. Great guy at the counter solved a difficult problem. And low cost! Thank you.
