I took a student here to get supplies to change her oil (my husband is teaching her how). She had a bad experience at a different auto store where she was laughed at for asking for help and left in tears. Manuel was very helpful, friendly, and respectful in helping her find the right part for her vehicle and even encouraged her on learning to change her oil. Thanks, AutoZone!

If I could leave zero Stars I definitely would worst customer service I have ever received in my life very rude and unprofessional all the way to the manager which sticks up for her rude and unprofessional employees they definitely do not go above and beyond they act like they are doing you the biggest favor just doing their job. It is a Saturday evening (5/17/2025) and my car alarm system keeps going off for no apparent reason. I don't want to keep everyone in the neighborhood awake all night so in desperation I went to my local AutoZone (they are open until 10pm). I was so lucky to encounter Trey, who patiently helped me diagnose the problem which seems to be an alternator that needs replacing. Of course it wasn't possible to get it fixed tonight so he showed me how to disconnect/reconnect my battery to prevent the alarm from blaring. What a great ... read more
