My AGM battery went bad under two years and I visited a different AutoZone for help with warranty and getting a credit as per terms and condition of warranty. The store refused and stated I need to wait after the weekend for the store manager to assist me. I called store #05360 and spoke with the manger MIKE. I explained to him my situation over the phone and he told me to come in and he would take care of it. Thank you Mike for helping me out of a tough situation. Now I have a new battery thanks to Mike.
Great service here. Mike L went above and beyond on my recent visit to AutoZone. He was able to read an engine code that came up on my vehicle and explain the issue to me. He also printed out a copy so I could have it for my own records. He also helped me address my concerns with my windshield wipers and replaced them for me on the spot. I am so incredibly happy with the service here and will make the 10 mile trip out to this location every time going forward. I highly recommend this location!
What a great place this guy always spending over backwards to help me any other manager just very good group of service professionals I would go there whenever I need anything it's not the franchise the store or the name it's the personnel

I went in for a warranty exchange and Joey was a huge help. I went to another location down the street and was told that the this location had the part that I needed. Joey couldn’t locate it and said that he would call the nearest one for me to see if it was available. The part was available and ready when I got there.
