Mike L. Was great, he was thorough from beginning to end, and was able to help me charge my battery and he explained what was wrong with my car so that it wouldn’t be a major problem in the long run all with a smile on his face. He provided amazing customer service!!!
Very polite, helpful and courteous
My car battery died before I could get the kids off to school and myself to work. Roadside jumped me and I had enough juice to get to autozone. Unfortunately, I had not had enough coffee and was a little frazzled. Yvette greeted me and was so patient w me in my initial confusion and indecisiveness. She tested my battery and explained everything in detail weighing out the benefits of each product we looked at in order to make sure my purchase was of value to me and my auto needs.
