Service and help in every location I been in has been great
I came in for a new battery, but the lady was so rude to the guy before me. I just left and went to advance auto. The service there was way better. The guy was very nice and helpful. You need to teach your workers customer service. She was nasty towards the customer for no reason. They were only asking her to do her job, and she refused.
Manager went beyond his call of duty excellent customer service!
