Ian Holbert was amazing he fixed my trunk! And was very patient with me have a great day and also had great customer service and was patient with me :)
Noah went out of his way to help me jump my car, even bringing out his own truck and jumper cables when the store’s on-hand jumper wasn’t strong enough. He also helped push another customer’s vehicle that ran out of gas to the nearby gas station. Noah’s cheerful heroics have earned my customer loyalty.
Ian was an amazing help. He had great customer service, answered all my questions and he was very knowledgeable. He kindly assisted me with a dent I had in my vehicle as well as teaching me step-by-step on how to refill the AC refrigerate recharge auto system for my vehicle. He definitely deserves some recognition and praise for the outstanding help he provided me with on 07/23/26. AutoZone is excellent no matter where you live! Their prices are excellent and if you have a check engine light on, they will run a diagnostic to find out why and hand you the report - FREE!!
Rick and Ian (store manager) at this AutoZone 96th street in Fishers IN, are awesome and have auto knowledge that is hard to find in parts stores these days! The check engine light was on for 3 years in my 2001 Toyota Avalon (260,000 miles). Two shops had diagnosed it as needing a new catalytic converter ($3000 at least). So instead of fixing it I drove it around for 3 years. Finally stopped in and had the code diagnostics run and it said the bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor was bad.
