I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but the service at this AutoZone was really disappointing. The employees acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. When I finally asked for assistance, I got short, unhelpful answers. I had a check engine light on and when I brought my car in they basically chucked a computer plug in device across the counter and told me to go plug it in my car then when it beeps to bring it back to the counter. Had a 5 star experience with Austin and Devon as they worked together seamlessly to not only find the parts I was needing but also helped with the online process. Nice to work with people who go the extra mile for the customer. Felt they really had my interests at heart throughout the process!!!
Germany was so helpful finding the correct windshield wiper blade. So thankful! :)
There was a headlight bulb out on my wife’s car. I wasn’t sure which bulb I needed or how to install it. Levi helped me find the right bulb and installed it for me. I appreciated his assistance!
