Travis is very knowledgeable and was very willing to help with the installation of my battery.
Had to get a new battery late Sat night and went in Auto Zone..immediately greeted with a smile from Ashley C and Kyle. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They both went the extra mile and answered all of my questions with good suggestions too. More than 5 stars for Ashley C and Kyle!! WOOOO HOOOO!!! Superb customer service!
Went into Autozone in Franklin today (a Automotive Parts store) not a "Automotive Shop" and had a problem with my battery.. not only was i greeted with love from all the staff at the door but Phyllis Warden the store manager answered my question quickly and helped me figure out what to do within less than a minute.. very knowledgeable staff.. all the staff tried to be more than helpful when I was there "asking to carry stuff for me" and "making sure i was taken care of" ... this place makes me feel like this work environment... read more
