I forgot my receipt and Phyllis
I've never seen a place of workers that didn't want to do the work they were supposed to do. There was excuses for EVERYTHING! The store manager/customer satisfaction/parts experts Phyllis Warren had the worst attitude and is extremely disrespectful. When he colleague suggested assistance to complete the task she's supposed to she responded, "I'm not going to need that because I'm not lifting anything." I forgot my receipt and Phyllis, the store manager, called the store I got my parts from to get the transaction number to refund me. Amazing store.
