Went to pick up some parts I had ordered and Kelley seemed to be the only person in the building. Turns out one of the parts I ordered is no longer available. She ordered me another brand and she was able to resolve the issue rather quickly. I felt bad for the lady having no help but was amazed at how she handled all of the stress and I will be coming back to this particular autozone because of this young lady.
Kelley went above and beyond in exchanging a car battery for me. She was professional and very knowledgeable with her service I will highly recommend her to others.
