Tommy the store manager was extremely helpful and caring about my issues with my car. Came outside and shared all his knowledge about my issue and found a loose intake clamp. Loaned me a screw driver . Tommy is an asset to your organization. All the rest of employees were also offering extreme customer service
I came in this Saturday and needed to get a new car battery. Tommy helped me get the right one and even installed the battery! He was very knowledgeable and polite! Great customer service!! The store was clean! I will be back for sure!
A huge shout-out to Samantha at this AutoZone! I came in looking for an electrical connector and was lost. Samantha not only helped me identify the exact part I needed but also made sure it was in stock. She was a huge help, and I'm so grateful for her assistance.
Samantha was absolutely amazing. I will be returning. She had a wonderful customer service and always smile. Good job to the person who trained her.
