I was in for a rear-view mirror. They let me borrow a tool to put the mirror on. I was in and out in 10 mins.
Walked in today, and there were three other customers in the store. No one said hello, or offered assistance. I spent approximately 11 minutes in the store 4 different isles. Still, no one offered assistance. Walked out of the store and will not be going back.
I called ahead to confirm if they do battery service at this location. I was told yes, so I came over. When asked in-person, the older gent then then tells me that they cannot help me because there were only two of them there. Why couldn't you have told me that information when I said I was coming over? You wasted my time and my gas!
I will forever be thankful to Mr. Anthony for being such an awesome person willing to go above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. He’s very knowledgeable, kind and hard working. I went in to see about a return, not only did he have the best recommendation but he cares the customers and was able to fix what was done by 1 product but I also needed a new headlight….
