Thank God there are people and places that care about helping people instead of just how much money they can get. I had problems with my heater while I was driving in 20 degree weather. I stopped at the Broadview location and Tom went out to my car in the parking lot. He assessed the problem and corrected it in record time.
went 1st thing in morning with a broken windsheild wiper on the day of the worst snowstorm in years...the young man working could have made me buy new wiper blades. instead, he repaired the wiper, went out into the snowstorm, and re-attached it. all at no cost (other than his more than well deserved tip). if everyone here is as honest and good as this person, then i highly reccomend this location
My check engine light came on so I went to AutoZone on January 18, 2026. An employee named Jack came out and put a computer on my car to find out why the light was on. Jack was professional and knew what was wrong. My transmission fluid was down a quart so he filled it and also put a new air filter and cabin filter on my car. Mind you it was cold out but that didn’t stop Jack from fixing my car. I just wanted to give a shout out to Jack. Thank you so much for your help. I really appreciated it. Tammy Independence, Ohio

If I’ve never seen racism show, it’s ugly face more clearer than I did at this particular location wanting to just get assistance and find out if your car is OK should not take having attitude, barely wanting to do the job and looking like you stole something is horrible. It’s a very bad experience. One of the so-called reps not only did he barely find out or even look at what was going on with my car?
