If Wyatt was still there I would’ve given it 5 stars. But these new young guys barely make it a 1 star now. Rude, not helpful at all. Not as much as a hi, how are you or even a thanks for shopping with us. Makes me want to go to a different location with that kind of service, or lack there of.
I usually stop at this location whenever I need to buy something for my car during the week as it is very close to my office. Today I was shopping for coolant on my lunch break and found what I needed, however, the staff member who checked me out was very clearly not happy to be there and on her phone as she was checking me out. I found her to be very rude as she mumbled something about a receipt, which I didn't hear very well, and then snapped at me to select my receipt preference on the checkout screen - while she was on h... read more
I had stopped in because my accessory belt broke 5 minutes from the store. I walked in and Steve Chavez, El Johnson were extremely helpful. They were kind, had great customer service, and loaned me tools to fix my car in that emergency situation. If a manager is reading this, please promote these men, or give them a raise. They were incredibly helpful and kind to me, and deserve it.
