Employees are just plain rude and most i have encountered are not knowledgeable at all. Its just a keyboard for them. They know nothing of store layout and location of items offhand at all. Just go find it yourself is best. Also pricey, and hardly have anything in stock anymore. We all miss the old days I guess
Outstanding service. Needed a rear bulb replace that was difficult to get to in the trunk, and Carson (?) was beyond helpful assisting in the process so that I can be on my way :)
I received excellent service from Robert at this location. I highly recommend it to anyone. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Helpful, patient, and kind is what I would sum it up. I've been having stressful days with my car lately and the brake caliper was not what I wanted, she understood and was able to give me my refund. I appreciate the lady who helped me out today but was also nice about it and really took the time to listen to my situation.
