I was having I’m desperate need of some transmission fluid. I understand there was 12 min until closing but I was in need, so I called and asked if the gentleman could kindly have it ready at the register so I could pay and I’d be there minutes before closing time. Sold be the wrong cabin air filter and engine filter. I was changing them out on my daughter’s car before she drove back to her house. She didn’t have time to wait so she left without dad taking care of her problem.
I stopped in today with my rear wiper that had snapped off my vehicle while going through the carwash. Brandy was so helpful and actually reattached my blade for me when I was thinking it was broken and that I needed to buy a replacement. I am so grateful. Thank you Brandy for your kindness.
I went to Autozone today to get my car scanned for an engine light. I believe the young man’s name was Eduardo held the door. He told me what was wrong with my car and was so kind and was reassuring. He made me feel reassured. Hilton Head is lucky to have Auto Zone on the island.
