We were vacationing in Hilton Head when we had a dead battery. We got someone to jump us off, then headed to AutoZone. The attendant came out with his tester, and told us to turn off the car. As suspected, the battery needed replacing. The attendant fiddled with it a bit, then said he could not replace the battery. He said he could sell us a new one, but that he could not install it. I came to Auto Zone needing a new battery, and Gabriel C. not only helped install it, but also helped pick out a replacement part for another piece that had cracked and installed that as well. He really went above and beyond to help me!
I showed up at AutoZone just minutes before closing, fully expecting to be turned away—but instead, I was met with incredible kindness and professionalism. The team could’ve easily wrapped up for the night, but instead, they went out of their way to help me with exactly what I needed.
