We were driving from a conference from Austin and on our way home to San Antonio when our air conditioner blew out and it was brutal outside. We wouldn't make it home in the heat as it makes me sick. We stopped at Auto Zone and were helped by a great guy who showed my husband how use the Freon pump. Exceptional customer service. We really appreciate the time, professionalism and help we received. We didn't get his name but we want to really thank him and the store for helping us. CSR #33 Thank you!
Associate didn’t wanna accept my return cause there was slight scratches on it and told me to go back into San Antonio to return in. Went up the street and the manager at the other location accepted it seeing nothing was wrong with the tool. Complete waste of time
Went in due to my car overheating and needed a tool to tighten up a screw so my son and I asked (The assistant manager *Mike*) for help and he was not too nice/not helpful at all.He replied with”I’m not a mechanic” Before I walked back out to my car I was going to make a report to the main manager from the store but 30 Minutes later after letting my vehicle cool down my son spoke with a worker from there(Jose H.)And he was very helpful; great customer service overall from him!
