Today was a really rough day for me. I’m a widow for 8 months and I have a 3 year old. My car battery died and I was able To get a jump. I drove to this auto zone. I was teary eyed because my husband would have known what to do. The workers were able to find the correct battery and install it for me. They were able to take my situation and make it smooth and easy. Thank you for your compassion and understanding with me today. All the workers at auto zone. I’ll be forever grateful
Had a great experience here today. I received help from a great employee. I didn’t catch his name but I do want to highlight that Matt went above and beyond what I expected and not only replaced my headlight with a spare that I had in my trunk but he also explained to me how it should be replaced giving me the power to one day do it on my own. He was super great and because of his hard work my wife will be very happy when I drive home with both headlights functioning.
This autozone wad great and the staff was beyond helpful. I definitely recommend coming here for great quality assistance.
